PRESS Basement Sessions, Episode #5: Emma Hill & Bryan Daste

This is the fifth episode in the “PRESS Basement Sessions,” a video concert series in the same vein as NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert showcasing the musical talent of Alaskans. Every so often the PRESS will sit down with a different local musician/band and record an original Session. For this, the fifth installment of TPBS, Emma Hill & Bryan Daste agreed to sit in.

On Thursday, April 10 the pair will play at the Tap Root Public House in support of their upcoming album “Denali,” which is slated for release in August. Evan Phillips (of Easton Stager Phillips and the Whipsaws) will open. Music starts at 9 p.m. and it will be a “listening room” style show. There’s a $7 cover at the door.
