The ESP single first appeared February 19 on Notablemusic.net. According to the website,

This week’s Top Tune comes from the upcoming album Resolution Road by Easton Stagger Phillips. Tim Easton (Nashville, TN), Leeroy Stagger (Lethbridge, AB) and Evan Phillips (Anchorage, AK) first got together in a cabin in Girdwood, Alaska to do some recording in 2008. The three roving troubadours wanted to capture a collection of songs that had a ‘front porch’ feel. The result was a full-length album, One for the Ditch.

Resolution Road, is slated for release Tuesday, May 20. Notablemusic.net writes:

After touring Alaska, Ireland, and Europe the band members went back to their respective solo careers. In January of 2013, Evan Phillips (singer/songwriter, recording artist, producer, booking agent) Tim Easton (singer/songwriter, recording artist, producer) and Leeroy Stagger‘s (singer/songwriter & recording artist, supporting act for the likes of The Pixies, Modest Mouse, Evan Dando, Steve Earle) reunited in the barren, windswept prairies of Lethbridge, Alberta to record at Leeroy’s basement studio. It was all recorded and mixed in two weeks and is a beautifully realized album, blending together three distinct voices by three good friends and three great songwriters. Stay tuned for album release information and upcoming ESP tour dates.

Alaskans can go ahead and mark those calendars. “We’ll be doing a CD release tour in Alaska in July,” Phillips said via email.
